Had my physical today, my annual physical.

My doctor changed my Seroquel sleeping medication from 50mg XR, slow release, to 50mg REGULAR.

So it hits me faster at 10 pm, and gets me to sleep faster.

And isn't in my system at 6:30 in the morning, leaving me groggy as I get ready for work.

Here's hoping.

I'll let you all know how it works out.

Kelly; So glad you got the med change you were looking for....by all means keep us posted. HATE that groggy feeling. I used to have it when i was on other meds. Now i am on different meds and, as you know, get insomnia. I sometimes wonder; will this crap ever balance out lol.

The Sereqal XR release left me very groggy the next day also. The reg version should hopefully work better for you. I know it helped me.
