Today Im Grateful for a new friend i have found in recovery.
she moved into the block next to me a few months ago.And i found her in my bit thats the roof garden,having coffee n sun bathing n stuff.We had a right hoot.
First truely clean friend. Very Grateful for that.
Not too hot today classic british weather, cloudy.!

Today im grateful for spotting spider mites on my morning glorys.
Wondered what was wrong with them...?
Grateful the world cup is over today, n some of my freinds might go back to something varying to normalish...! France to win {again}
Grateful its a sunny but windy day i like that feels cool on my headache..

Today im grateful for my 2 weeks sober.My body is still not Very happy but the my head is doing much better..

Today im grateful that an old bf rang me up and told me he and his new gf had just had a baby boy.! Rory 6lb 7oz. I am happy for him.
Im grafeful that i have a loving kind partner, who is my rock at times, n my
evil twin on the other. But I Love him...x

Of course im grateful for another fantasticly sunny day AGAIN...!
we dont get many, but its been a good summer here this year...!
Hi L, good to hear from ya, yep, its tops waking up n the flat looks so clean n tidy {sometimes}. but I re-decorated it about 1 1/2yrs ago. It gets better with time aswell...!
.Its great when your prioritys change for going to the chemist, to what color is the bathroom gona be.A sure sign of progress...!

YEP, now its official were haveing a heatwave.That means its hot for more than 3 days...??? so im Very grateful for the warm sun

Yer its hot here, but no way that hot...! they say its gona be 38 degrees C,
so lots cooler than all of you over in the US.You must be cooking over there by now...!
But for England its not been 38 since 1911...! so were abit strange about weather...? Everything carnt cope, transport, water shorteges...ect...

Today im Grateful for sun cream.As its gona be A Record breaking day in England Heat wise today 
Hottest day in 95yrs...?Im grateful also for being brave n going to the Drs to get my Ladys things sorted.
So us bonkers brits are gona cook today

Today, I am so very grateful for change.
I am currently in the middle of one the hardest changes of my life, leaving my fiance and moving about 1,000 miles North (where I was raised).
Needless to say, What a Mess!
But I am keeping my eyes focused on the end of the road, and I am so thankful for the human ability to make choices... to exercise our free will.
I wish you all the power to make any necessary changes to make your lives better. Every day is a new one, a new chance, a fresh start if we choose it to be. We can do all we strive for. :-)

P.S. 21 days sober and counting! Yippee!

And Congrats on your sober time too! We can do this, all of us. I know we can.

I continue to read my text and try to stay positive through these changes, regardless how bad it sucks! When I look back, I will be amazed at how I made it. Yes, Florida is scorching hot. in between 100 and 110 degrees everyday. But we get thunderstorms almost every afternoon, so that sucks up the humidity.
