Thinking of you and your brother Astro. Always.

Grateful:
-for left over Panang curry
-for an amazing thriller movie that I watched last night (Last Stop in Yuma County…if you’re a QT fan you’ll love it)
-for the new pumice stone that I ordered from Amazon that cleaned my toilet rings…they look brand new (it’s a white pumice. I previously used a grey pumice and it didn’t do much, if you want the information please let me know. I am thrilled)
-for the crab boats outside: engines roaring. They’re beautiful grey or white colors against the blue waters

Hi Countrystix welcome.

I had one of those reset days. A past manager for Turning Point Foundation said in a group house meeting that "if you wake up in a weird or grumpy mood go back to bed and sleep it off". I did that today, it worked and looks I'll be up into the night for a bit. Adapt, Adopt, and Conquer! Wins The Day!

Grateful -

- Ry will not bug me when I sleep unless he runs out of food in his bowl. Now sober his bowl is always full alongside constant fresh water too.
- tasty reserve of a taco concoction I whipped up.
- no worry days
- sober

Oh wow, Alpine. That must be very tender. 😞

Grateful I have tonight off, I seriously need sleep in a desperate way.
Grateful I had some patience towards my brother when he mentioned another appt. I have to get him to today, don't know why he forgot to tell me about this one but that's OK, this ain't about me!
Grateful to work around a difficult group of people last night but still have a good time because we're all unique in some way, it's just a different genre (rap crowd) and not music I would normally listen to.
Thanks Astro. That compliment makes me feel like working out more. (Which means less chance of drinking).
Your kindness is appreciated.

Thanks all for your prayers for me and my brother. We have an OT appointment today, we just approach this stuff one day at a time, otherwise it's overwhelming.

Alpine, you're getting some great cardio in, I try to average about 5 miles every day, if I tried mountain biking I'm pretty sure I'd break an ankle (or worse)

Grateful to arrive home to leftover pizza last night.
Mostly American tour crew last night, but it was sure fun meeting the Swedish death metal artists, I'm grateful for a change in the music scenery this week.
Grateful for lots of hours at the theater this week and the paychecks today from both employers sure helped with the finances.
Grateful for my niece and nephew in GA, it's her birthday today and he's graduating from HS soon.

The leg is uncomfortable and the top part of the thigh has no sensation anymore because the surgeon hand to sacrifice the femoral nerve.

We’re getting a lot of rain here in WA state. Won’t ride tomorrow so I’ll just do a “garage” class, lol. That’s usually a kickboxing or step aerobics class. They’re pretty actually. And I don’t have to wear sunscreen. 😊
Night everyone.

Oh what I would give for a little rain It's kinda funny to work in the heat here and then get moved to the dressing rooms where it's freezing for the artists lol.

Grateful my wife picked up egg rolls and a teriyaki bowl.
Yes, the OT wore out my brother, he promptly napped when I brought him home, I get a little reprieve from chauffeuring until Wednesday. Grateful for that.
Grateful for a day when I can just zone out on the couch and watch a couple movies before going to work.
Grateful to get a bargain on a couple tank tops for my work uniforms, it's uncomfortable to wear undershirts when it's so hot here but the performance sweat-wicking variety help out.
