Fearless - Wish there were In & Out's on the East Coast.
Intro - Glad you got a bit of sleep - better than some nights.
Free - It's good you're getting that skiing in before the op. We'll be thinking of you.
Grateful for another sunny day.
Grateful that I got rid of lots of stuff when we moved. (So why are all closets & drawers still full? )
Grateful to be more sociable lately. I kind of have to force myself at times.
Grateful for decent health & lots of hope for the future. I'm so proud of us all - doing the best we can with this hand we've been dealt, thanks to Covid.
Love to the great and powerful GP!

NL, I'm also grateful for BuyNothing -- I am enjoying sending things along for a new life with someone else.
Free, hope you enjoy the skiing, and thinking of you with your op.
Least, so grateful you're feeling a bit better & can take care of Billie.
Grateful this morning that my kids (Mr. T's kids) call me when they're upset about something. So glad I have become someone they rely on.
Grateful for enjoying yesterday's football, also mixed feelings and grateful it will soon be over, because it's a big time sink! I did sew teddy bears while watching, tho.
Grateful for beautiful sunshine this morning.

Grateful that Alpine beat back the AV.

Grateful that I had my follow up appt with the pain doctor's NP and was glad to tell her that my back pain is a lot less than it was.

Grateful that bro can't come by today as he's going all the way home to get his two cats and then going all the way back to the vet for their appt. Glad the roads aren't snowy and slick like they were last Monday when he took me and Billie to the vet.

Grateful for coffee.

Grateful least’s pain has gone down some and that she was able to take Billie out herself. How long you waited for that!
Grateful Alpine conquered the AV. As someone who has lived in a home full of booze married to a besotted person, feel like it can add another layer of stress to have it all so close by.
Grateful the February declutter challenge is underway. Today is household decor. PS it cracked me up that you mentioned having lots of it because I pretty much have zero except for some picture frames. I don’t know how to decorate so it’s all just…kind of ugly and plain.
Grateful today should be a decent day before wintry weather and precipitation descends upon us.
Grateful I should have time to set up some of my plants against the cold.
Grateful we have a little greenhouse.
Grateful for being able to run mid-day errands yesterday.
Grateful for queso.
Grateful for all of you.

Turps, that’s got to be a good feeling to have that connection with Mr Ts kids
Hev, I forgot In and Out isn't everywhere. I’m so sorry for your loss!
Free, grateful for your positive upbeat attitude even in the face of what you are going through
Ok, I’ve got to check out BuyNothing
Grateful for a decent work meeting yesterday. Another one today on the same matter and I’m fairly nervous because I just don’t think I will get the outcome I want. Grateful to do my best and be an advocate for my client though. I can’t control everything
Grateful for a decent night sleep
Grateful Comcast is working again
Grateful sonny boys school remains open and there hasn’t been much drama this year compared to last or to what other districts are still experiencing this year

Grateful for my appt with the foot doctor today. Got my toenails cut and my calluses removed.

Grateful that I get transportation services thru the area agency on aging.

Grateful to see Billie's tail wagging when I came home and let her out of her crate. Grateful that she is always glad to see me no matter how long I've been gone.

Turs I love that you sew those bears. It is so sweet!
Least I am so happy you are improving as far as pain goes!
NL I love that you have a little greenhouse. What do you use for mostly?
Free so glad it sounds like your surgery went well.
Fearless I agree with you the Free has great attitude. I really need to work on mine.
Intro I am glad you got some good sleep.

Grateful that although my sister called to tell me my mom fell this morning at the skilled nursing home, mom appears to be okay. Very scary because she has osteoporosis and only weighs about 100 lbs.
Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful that my doctor thinks my swollen glands are either from acid reflux or TMJ and not Lymphoma.
Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful for my Shusiritto. It is a burrito sized sushi roll. So yummy.
Grateful for SR and the GP.

CBS, sorry about your mom's fall, but grateful she's ok.
Grateful for a good night's sleep.
Grateful for art classes today.

Numb - I'd love a little greenhouse. What do you grow & when?
Tursiops - It's wonderful you have that friendship with MrT's children.
Fearless - haha - thanks for your empathy.
Free - I'm so thankful one is gone.
CBS - Glad mom wasn't badly hurt.
Grateful for another sunny day with lots of birds eating before the storm we may get tomorrow night.
Grateful for grilled cheese sandwiches. with pepperoni. Terrible for us, but...
Grateful I slept two nights without 3am wake ups.
Grateful, as always, for the mighty GP.

Grateful for a successful step in the Free v. Cancer battle. Grateful Free is winning!
Grateful CBS’ mom is not too badly hurt.
Grateful I too have had two nights of very solid sleep. I guess I did have one 3 a.m. wake up but was able to go back to sleep.
Grateful you all asked me about my greenhouse. I am slightly embarrassed to report I pretty much do not use it at all for its intended purpose. I mostly use it for plants I already have if I’m trying to be tender with them or keep them out of the cold. I got it on Amazon and it wasn’t super expensive as I recall. This year I’m trying to grow potatoes with my son but that is pretty much it. I’ve mostly resigned myself to the fact that the farmers are the ones who know how to do this stuff. Between pests, disease and now a dog who is pretty obsessed with digging…to the Farmers’ Market I will go.
Grateful for Farmers’ Markets, farmers and skilled gardeners.
Grateful I got most of the plant prep done before the winter storm hits (sounds like it will affect several of us..or maybe it’s different storms).
Grateful to be re-reading Lit by Mary Karr for the sober lawyer mom book club this weekend.
Grateful for all of you.

NL, I love Mary Karr so much - The Liars Club and Lit are so good. And I'm so impressed that you have an actual greenhouse, no matter how you use it! Despite having a little skill with decor, I'm a notorious plant killer.
Fearless, you're making me want to google the In-n-Out menu, even though we don't have them here!
CBS, so sorry about your mom's fall, that is scary.
Free, so happy you're battling back against both cancer and the AV - they don't stand a chance!
Alpine, I'm so impressed by all your sewing - SUCH an amazing skill! I'm glad things are moving forward with the realtor too.
Hev, as you know, I also need to get myself worked up to socialize at times - despite being outwardly very friendly, I'm such a homebody. I think it's good that we're both pushing ourselves a bit.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful for a decent night's sleep.
Grateful my younger son went to a preseason soccer practice last night. I think he's a little shocked by the level of competition on this team, but it's good for him to have to stretch a bit. He was up again at the crack of dawn to get to his physical training sessions - grateful he is not a complainer.
Grateful for a fairly calm work week. I need to remember not to take these for granted.
Grateful for a fun lunch with a new-ish friend yesterday.
Grateful we will have some news on my husband's biopsy pretty soon. I can tell it is REALLY weighing on him, since his dad was diagnosed with lung cancer last year and was gone within a week. I'm trying not to panic until I have a reason to. Luckily we have a lot to keep us busy.
Grateful to be sober.

Palmer, I will keep you and your husband in my thoughts. I wish the absolute best for you both. That has to be stressful.
NL, a green house sounds fun no matter what you use it for
Hevyn, let's get ready for this snow storm and uhm...grilled cheese with pepperoni..hmmm. Do you use the precut kind? Do you microwave it a bit prior to get the oil out? I am intrigued
Grateful for another sober day and night
Grateful for having a clear mind
Grateful I found SR and all of you
Grateful that I was able to develop a huge list of home improvements that Mr. Alpine and I did on our house that the relator wanted. If I had been drinking I would still be working on the list.
