PalmerSage - I think if we don't allow occasional treats we're destined to fail. 
Speaking of which - grateful our local ice cream stand is now open.
Grateful there will be sun today.
Grateful to hear from my son yesterday - I'm never sure what to expect with him.
Grateful to be on my way to the grocery store. Veggies & other healthy stuff...here I come.
Have a wonderful day if at all possible. But no matter what, we'll be sober & sane.

Grateful to sit by the nice warm fire on a comfy couch in a cozy family warm
Grateful for peace and quiet
Grateful to talk with Mr F about what our moms meant to us and how hard it must have been to deal with us as youngsters. Lol
Grateful for all of my hard life experiences and to remember getting through these is what has made me strong

Grateful that my daughter and granddaughter are going to join us today.
Grateful my son and his fiancé are home safe from their travel to Panama.

CBS - It's gorgeous there. I love all the 'shores' I've been to. Outer Banks, New Jersey, Long Island, Cali - well, there can't be a bad beach.
