Grateful for a visit with a friend sitting by the bay this morning. So lucky to live near the ocean.
Grateful for a call with an old friend of Mr. T.
Grateful for therapy.
Grateful for a company being very understanding about me returning things Mr. T had ordered, that I can't use.
Grateful for healthy food in my frig.

Grateful for the adorable image of LDT's little duck family!
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful that I'm not alone in my struggles with food.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful for the beautiful green views out my window.
Grateful my college BFF reached out on "Best Friends Day" - we affirmed that we are each others' favorite friends ever.
Grateful for some lower-stress work days so I can sort out my thinking.
Grateful to feel calmer and more confident.
Grateful to be moving forward slowly on some key tasks.
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful that I'm not alone in my struggles with food.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful for the beautiful green views out my window.

Somehow I missed the ducky pictures LDT posted.
Grateful to be enjoying food again. In my first few month of sobriety I was nauseous and had loll appetite.
Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful for a good night's sleep.
Grateful for my therapist who is helping me me with my fear of flying. I have to get on a plane in July for my MIL's celebration of Life that was postponed because of COVID.
Grateful for SR and all of you.

Grateful for a lot of free time to sort things out, without pressure.
Grateful for disability checks, for now at least.

Grateful clothes feel a teeny bit looser.
Grateful most places this week changed the mask mandate.

CBS, glad you are enjoying food again. I also had stomach issues after first getting sober. It lasted a while. It was scary

Grateful for the new nightly routine of trampoline talks with sonny boy. We have a lot of fun jumping then we lay on our backs looking up at the clouds and chat about all kinds of stuff. I learn so much about what’s in his head and have opportunities to talk about life lessons. Mostly, I’m enjoying the bond we are creating
Grateful I’m discovering if I let go just a little, things start to fall into place. Maybe not always in the way I expect but I am becoming more accepting
Grateful for a really thoughtful email from one of sonny boys teachers that made me feel less alone in my parenting struggles
Grateful to not overreact yesterday when I received a nasty email from bosses boss. It turns out he was just having a bad day after returning from long vacation. He apologized to me
Grateful for the opportunity to help coworkers who are all having various struggles at the moment
Grateful tomorrow is a day off. Hopefully I get everything done today!

Grateful for a sweet dinner gathering last night. Grateful for Mr. T's kids in my life.
Grateful for a mellow summer morning and the hummingbird visiting my yard.
Grateful that grief doesn't have to be done all at once. A good metaphor I heard was, it's a giant bowl of hot oatmeal, but we don't eat it all at once. At first when it's hot, we maybe start with a small spoonful or two. Later as the bowl cools, we can take bigger bites. Eventually we'll eat all the oatmeal ... but not all of it today.

Grateful for cooler temps.
Grateful to talk to one of my doctors on the phone today. He always makes me feel better.
Grateful this headache I've gradually developed this morning is not from drinking, the weather is changing and that will trigger them in me. But I'm dealing with it.
Grateful for sobriety.
