Grateful to have time to get work done and a work out too before my appt.

Grateful for hospice caring for Rusty. Much love and prayers to you.
Grateful for a sunny morning and things starting to bloom.
Grateful that caring for my grandbaby, and remembering the times I cared for my dad in his last year, are teaching me a lot about the beauty of vulnerability. I don't have to run the world all the time, I can embrace my own vulnerability too, since the truth is that I am vulnerable too (like it or not!).
Grateful that I'm trying not to push myself so hard and unrealistically on work deadlines, that I can leave some time for my personal life too.
Grateful for all of you here, and hearing about what's in your hearts and on your minds.

Grateful for Rusty's care, and that he is still here with us. 
Grateful (belatedly) for coffee.
Grateful that I'm recognizing some of my more problematic habits (especially the perfectionist/overachiever type).
Grateful that I'm taking small steps to focus on self-care.
Grateful that I always retain my sense of humor (or at least most always).
Grateful for telework,
Grateful that I can be there for my parents, even though it's truly draining.
So grateful to be sober, so I can address the problems with a clear head.
Grateful (belatedly) for coffee.

Grateful to wake up this morning.
Grateful to feel well.
Grateful g.son slept a bit later.
Grateful to find a 'grown up' colouring book for my friend Mandy and to do a doorstep drop off with some colouring pencils.
Grateful for the serenity prayer, I've needed it this week.
Grateful to have a chicken casserole simmering in the slow cooker.
Grateful for all of you. Keep safe. xx

Grateful for bright sun today - a welcome sight.
Grateful I made myself go out yesterday - I felt so much better afterwards. Hibernating makes me grouchy & anxious.
Grateful MrH & I have vowed to get ourselves down to the proper weight. We'll see how long this lasts.
Grateful for serenity & contentment.
Grateful for each & every Grat Pack member - you're the coolest.

FBR, Grateful for the mental picture of a mini trampoline workout!
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful to be home and sleeping in my own bed again.
Grateful that the worst of my parents' transition from their home to ours is finally over (and grateful that it's temporary).
Grateful to recognize my perfectionist behaviors yesterday as they were actually happening, rather than after the fact.
Grateful for my sweet dogs and their behavior around my parents.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful the work week is almost over.
Grateful that my dad's therapy will start soon.
Grateful to have such great, supportive friends (including the ones on SR).
Grateful to be sober!
