Grateful to deal with a medical issue and not pretending it is not bothering me.
Grateful for a beach walk yesterday.
Grateful to be aware of my stinking thinking.
Grateful for an uplifting meeting yesterday night.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for a better night's sleep last night.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful for my very cozy bed.
Grateful that I don't have to please everyone, or try to be perfect.
Grateful to recognize that sometimes "good enough" is just that.
Grateful for the chance to make better choices today for my overall well-being.

Grateful for my little cat Daisy who’s been a huge source of support as well as my family. Charlie is still self absorbed. It’s all about food for him 😜
Grateful to stop in briefly to say hello. There is a lot to do and I am overwhelmed but I know I will get through this. I have my list and it’s baby steps

Grateful for my health.

Grateful for warm clothes.
Grateful I slept well last night.
Grateful for love and laughter in my life.
Grateful Mr D is getting better by the day.
Grateful for central heating.
Grateful for my little Lulu cat.
Grateful to have enough food in my cupboards.
Grateful I have a choice.
Grateful for music, any kind apart from rap, lol.
Grateful Poitr dealt with a medical issue and didn't ignore it.
Grateful Aly is feeling better.
Grateful Devizes has 39 days Bulimia free, that's just wonderful, those days are adding up well.
Grateful for Mags, she keeps me sane.
Grateful that Rusty is doing so well.

Fearless, I am so so sorry about your dad and the whole situation with being in transit when the call came in. No doubt you are overwhelmed. My heart goes out to you, and I can’t believe you’d even think of little old me with so much else going on for you. I am ok. Just in a different kind of head space with leaving job. I will be thinking of you and Mr. F and Sonny Boy.
Grateful to get here finally after I’m not sure how many days away.

Grateful for some encouraging words from my son’s therapist and that next week I could make an appointment with her without care for being stuck on emergency calls or planned calls or triaging emergencies. Because I’ll be off work completely.
Grateful for the incredibly good deal of purchasing a Thanksgiving dinner. We had the main dinner, a night of leftovers with my parents, and then multiple nights of leftovers ourselves. And there’s still some left!
Grateful to wake up very early today, even if I am not very awake.
Grateful for all of you.

Grateful that I don't have to be perfect or even try to be.
Grateful that I don't have to cater to my overly critical colleague.
Grateful for telework and virtual meetings (usually!)
Grateful to recognize that I need to do a better job of communicating with others.
Grateful my younger son came in to say goodnight to me last night.
Grateful I didn't wake up 100 times during the night (more like 5-10).
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful for the Grat Pack!
Grateful to be up early and doing laundry. My migraine is feeling much better. Grateful I got an appt with the new neurologist, but not until Jan. Sometimes they just have to run their course. Grateful some things are falling into place!
Grateful Dev is still doing great. Grateful for Mags too! What a good friend. Grateful Mr. DB is doing better!
