Grateful for Zippy’s verse.
Grateful to read about pink noise. Not sure what it says about me but my frequency/blend of choice is brown noise.
Grateful for Hev’s bagel standards. We have found some pretty good bagels at, of all places, Costco.
Grateful for Costco.
Grateful for our pecan tree and the every two year cycle it seems to produce pecans on. So wonderful to just eat something from the backyard.
Grateful my family are here and will deal with some of the things my kids badger me about, hopefully. Like planting an orange tree.
Grateful to get lots of good advice on the neighborhood forum about successfully growing citrus.
Grateful to be down to less than 2 weeks in this job. Well, two work weeks but by the time I get to the last day, not sure how much use I’ll be.
Grateful for FBL’s continuous sobriety.
Grateful for all the things y’all posted I wanted to respond to but have forgotten.
Grateful for this group.

Grateful for a productive weekend, especially laundry-wise.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful I have a lower-stress work week ahead of me, and a short one too!
Grateful that my husband and son brought my MIL dinner last night.
Grateful to have a MIL who I sincerely love.

Grateful to read all your inspiring posts
Nimblady, my husband is brining olives from our olive tree 😊
Grateful to be off this week. Though I scheduled one meeting this morning and it’s the part of my work that is fun
Grateful for Schitts Creek
Grateful for a breakfast apple tort. It’s actually a pie but I have to change the name to justify eating it for breakfast 😊
Grateful I was able to reserve a spot for skiiing Friday. Resorts are handling things differently because of Covid which is a good thing. It was just a little challenging to get the pass and tickets. Glad it worked.
Grateful sonny boy is open to helping a friend over Zoom with math homework.
Grateful to be going to an outdoor dinner with a friend tonight. Grateful for heat lamps
Grateful I am becoming more resilient

Me too Least!
Grateful for a hopefully easy day. I am feeling so much better, sans the headache still hanging in there, but I still have a bit of this hanging on I think. Grateful I really don't have much to do today and I can just hang out if I want.
Grateful for the cooler weather, but still very comfortable.
Grateful for my blessings and the good things in my life. Grateful for gratitude. It can change my whole day around!
Grateful to be like Hev, and work myself out of a cranky mood. I didn't even know it could be done! So grateful for the wisdom on these threads.
Grateful for all of you.

Aly - Hope the pain leaves you entirely.
Deserto - I never had a cat come when called like Dirtbag. Good kitty.
Grateful for sun & not too cold temps.
Grateful I've made the decision to weigh myself weekly. But not just yet....maybe tomorrow I'll begin.
Grateful my sis & husband made it to Texas (from Virginia) to visit her daughter & g.kids. Kind of wish they hadn't traveled, hope they stay safe.
Grateful I will once again reman sober & sane throughout the holidays.
Grateful for each post - love to all.

Grateful for being sober through the pandemic. I’d have been crazy if I’d been drinking.
Grateful to see Fearless has an olive tree.
Grateful I have SR and all the wise and wonderful people to learn from.
Grateful for the Grat Pack
Grateful for Mr. Mags and that he didn’t give up on me when I drank.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for a quiet morning.
Grateful that my parents and brother's family have made the definitive decision to stay home for Thanksgiving. It will be nice to have a little break from the chaos we normally deal with on holidays!
Grateful I can find other ways to serve and support them.
Grateful to have time to prep for cooking.
Grateful to recognize that drinking during this time would have been a complete mess and an unmitigated disaster!
Grateful to be sober.

Dev - Congrats on your 31 days - and for fighting that urge.
Grateful to accept that the holidays will be different this year. After all:
"I don't have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness - it's right in front of me if I'm paying attention and practicing gratitude." (Brene Brown)
Grateful to be here to send you all some love & virtual hugs.

Congrats to Dev and CK on bulimia free days and sober days
Grateful to get a lovely message from my dear friend, Aly 😊
Grateful sonny boy is in a much better mood today. Yesterday was truly awful. Considering his behavior and his words so far today, I’m thinking my little talk got through to him. He is really such a sweet old soul when he has a positive attitude. Grateful he is going to help a friend with math. He’s going to formally tutor her and get some money for it
Grateful to be back focused on a healthy diet today. Yesterday was terrible. Stress eating
Grateful for the big reminder to myself that I have a big problem with catastrophizing, and the bad things I imagine happening pretty much never do (or at least not in the worst way I predict ). Grateful to practice some CBT on myself
Grateful so much for all of you!
