I had a nice trip, brought back 4 trout to put on the smoker and a bag of crawdads.

Least, I'm glad to hear that Billie is OK

Grateful to be back home and off the highways, ugh the traffic is very congested.

Grateful that 4:00 AM doesn't feel too early for a walk and at least it's below 90 and a good time to water the plants and do some light chores.

I am SO GRATEFUL that I don't drink anymore. Best thing I ever did for myself was to get sober for good.

Grateful to remember to water my plant containers.
Grateful to watch a little t.v, it doesn't happen often.

I am grateful that it's been almost a week since Billie last threw up. The new food seems to be helping her.

Grateful Daisy is back!

Grateful that Mr F is getting an exercise routine going. I depend on my daily dog walks to keep me in shape, mentally and physically.

Grateful for cucumbers!

Hi Daisy!

Grateful I got to take a trip yesterday to the concert venue I work(ed) for. It was a little sad to see the place but we breathed life into it for a couple hours, and for a good cause. Grateful for silver linings, something good has to rise up from the ashes of this debacle, right?

Grateful Daisy is back too! Hope the work load is getting a little lighter for my friend.
Grateful Least and Billie stay in such good shape, mentally and physically through walking. So healthy and good for you. I really admire how you started slowly and you are up to probably over 5 miles a day! How awesome!
Good for Mr. F. picking up his exercise routine too.
Grateful I'm still getting Luke out for an afternoon walk, I just have to start going a little further every day. It would be good for both of us. Luke is 11 y o now and walking is so good for both of our arthritis!
Love and peace to all of you. So grateful you are all here.

Aly, I don't often get 5 miles a day. Usually 2 or 3. But just getting outside for the sunshine and fresh air is good for both of us.

Grateful for my kind neighbors in the house behind me. They have a small chicken coop and have 8 chickens and gave me a dozen and a half eggs! I promptly hard boiled six of them and just had one and it was delicious! Shared a bite with Billie and she loved it too.

Grateful for good and generous neighbors. Grateful for dogs who eat veggies and fruits and eggs with such gusto.

Well all, I am exhausted and can barely keep my head up straight. Grateful to spend time with my boys and cogs and finally go to bed.

Grateful that Aly and Luke have each other and grateful that the walking helps with the arthritis, that's a fact too, walking helps with mine, if you don't use it you lose it, as my mum would say. x

Grateful that our youngest grandson is staying with us for a few days, he's so different away from his siblings. Grateful we watched Justice League and ate peanuts for fun last night.
