Grateful my car is running well after new tires and a tune up yesterday!
Grateful for the really, really nice, competent nurses who run and care for the infusion clinic and the people who go there. Grateful their kindness makes the whole process a lot less anxiety producing.
Grateful to be sober and going into the evening sober.

Grateful to be ending another day sober.
Grateful for a beautiful spring day.
Grateful to see my little cat basking in the sun.
Grateful she's indoors now curled up on my g.son's bed.
Grateful to get my hair done today, I need to work harder on the self care, I tend to forget about myself.
Grateful my husbands back pain has improved.
Grateful he's gone to bed early and I have a little time to myself.
Grateful to post on this thread.

Grateful for my new Starbucks add card, which says “Life Happens, Coffee Helps”. I so needed to find that today after a rough morning with sonny boy. Grateful for the reminder to myself that wine never helps
Grateful for perspective. A few negative things happened today, but it could have been so much worse. Good things also happened for which I am grateful. There is never a day that is all bad or all good. Still not sure how today will end since son is having another meltdown. Grateful tomorrow is a new day

I know I just got back from a vacation, but I'm really grateful it's Friday. I'm still trying to get back to normal, whatever that is!

Grateful for a nice conversation with a neighbor when out with Luke.
Grateful to finally be awake. I've been so tired, maybe from a long day yesterday, I've been kind of napping off and on for a lot of the day.
Grateful I have the resources to take care of myself and my dog, that I am safe and comfortable.

Grateful for another sober Friday night.
Grateful for a surprise visit from a friend.
Grateful my husband nipped home on his work travels for a cup of tea with me.
Grateful to stick to my newly acquired boundaries with my wayward son.
Grateful to have a "parent's evening" with my grandsons teacher and I'm grateful and relieved that he is doing really well at school.
Grateful my mum got to speak to her brother, my uncle, today, he's not in very good health at the minute and she's worried about him.
Grateful to do some paperwork that I've been putting off.
Grateful to read all the posts here and to have time write my post.

Grateful that I indulged in a lovely piece of lemon cake today.
And grateful that Whole Foods sells lovely pieces of lemon cake so my cake feast could easily be limited to a one time treat and not an overindulgence

Grateful to be winding down the evening sober.
Grateful I got some of the housework done today. That always feels good.
Grateful for my walk with Luke, my big, kind, wonderful dog, who feels like my best friend sometimes.
