Grateful to have woke up to day 5 sober. Grateful that I've got an awesome family that cares about me. Grateful to have felt the energy and desire over the last couple of days to do chores that I've neglected for way to long and NOT feeling overwhelmed by them. So Grateful for SR.

I saw a segment on the morning news this morning that covered sleep disruption during the holidays. Part of the solution was to practice gratitude.

With that said, I’m grateful to be grateful this morning.

Grateful I can choose what today will be.
