My youngest daughter turns 16 today. She was the most affected when her mum & I separated nearly 4 years ago, & our relationship since has been a work in progress. But thanks to being alcohol free I am able to have a positive role (well, I hope it's positive, anyway!) in her life & I am so grateful for that
Grateful for Aly's good news.
Grateful Purpleman's father/daughter relationship is on the mend.
Grateful to wake up sober and hangover free this morning.
Grateful to have some early me time whilst the rest of the house sleeps on.
Grateful to have a wash load almost done.
Grateful for a warm house.
Grateful to laugh at my little cat batting a Christmas bauble round the dining room.
Grateful to you all for your kind words and support. xx

Grateful for my wife. She suffered silently during my stupidity and now we are closer than ever before. Also grateful for all of the folks from one end of the globe to the other and how we have come together to help one another.
