Palmersage, congrats on a year sober! I remember how good I felt when I hit my first year. And you can share your story of recovery on the Stories forum. Might inspire someone.

Tonight I am grateful for my own sobriety.

Well, I just did a whole post on all these things I’m grateful for at the moment. It was even kind of deep. Then somehow I was no longer logged in and lost it . Oh well, it still helped me to write it out
Thank you, Daisy
Palmersage, congrats!
And Aly, I hope the day got better and tomorrow is even better!

Grateful I feel better today. Grateful that when things to do pile up, if I take them one at a time, it's not as anxiety provoking. Like ODAAT. Thank you all for your kindness.♥
Grateful for a nice day, if not a bit cool and a nice walk with Luke.
Grateful for a nice lunch out at a fun seafood place on the water.
Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful to give some things I have to make decisions about time to germinate.

Grateful to have Billie to love and care for. She can be my soulmate too... the inquisitive one. Jack was shy and quiet, Billie is nosy and noisy. Grateful for the different personalities in all my critters, both present and past.

Grateful to see StellaBlu!!
Grateful to see Bohemian Rhapsody tonight. Grateful to do something by myself.
Grateful I filed a grievance against the surgeon who did such a terrible job on me and I threatened legal action (I worked for some of the best attorneys in San Francisco for 20 years) if they did not fix it. I want a different surgeon because I'm scared of the one who messed up on me. Grateful that I am officially sick of being treated badly by people who I'm paying to treat me well and give me a good outcome and I'm not afraid to say something about it when they get out of line ...
Grateful for all of you, always. ♥♥♥

Aly, good for you for doing something about this and making your voice heard too. It’s the only way to change bad medicine.
Grateful my Dad and his wife are being cared for by a good medical team and have lots of support around them. Grateful I got a chance to talk to him today and that he is looking at his accident in a positive way. Glad the doctors are running tests to find a cause. Glad I get to go see him soon and my husband can take care of things at home.
Grateful I work for a company that really cares about their employees
Grateful my son is making new friends
Grateful for caring friends and the friendship of this forum.
