For the end of a nice day bit chilly but nice

For the last workout of the week it helps in tiring me for deeper sleep

For my old white & sky blue trim windrunner's that I deformed one of the heels a bit but because they were new I didn't have the heart to chuck em so from this day forth they are now my gym shoes lol

Coffee as always even tho it tastes disgusting esp with sweetener instead of sugar yuk .. How ppl like a bitter taste is beyond me

Seriously not looking forward to the dentist soon grateful but not looking forward to it I haven't needed to see a dentist in over a year : (

Didn't go well the dentist tried to extract an infected tooth which your not meant to do because of how much it bloody hurts lol smh but still grateful I went as I got prescribed anti biotics that will hopefully help and have to go bk in 10 days - the tooth is slightly bleeding and my gum isn't numb but my cheek was so really not impressed but it is what it is

Hi SW, I'm just catching this thread of yours. My warm thoughts and sympathies regarding your mother in law and aunt. Crying is fine - it's not weakness, not by any stretch.

I'm loving your gratitude posts. Older, wiser, more perspective = more grateful.

On the workout front, when you are tired then rest extra - I have learned that the hard way.

Check this out - someone just told me thier mum is coming over I'm guessing she don't live over here and I was genuinely made up for the guy he was trying to play it down but a true mother's son knows you only got 1 mum and give her the biggest of hugs - I tell everybody that so if its possible go do that too or call or write even if no problems will arise from it obvs

Just finishing the 1st of 100 sit ups and thinking about tomorrow this thought just popped into my head so thought id share as im really grateful for it

I like making my mum proud in her absence some things i know i make her proud with not everything lol but at least some things and knowing what our family has been through recently im realky really proud of us all too

Told my eldest sister about determinism yesterday that was fun explaining lool back to workouts

grateful for the pain that has kept me awake since 3am I knew I should of had my pain meds before bed last night but thought the anti biotics have surely started to kick in so missed taking them at a stupid painful cost - infected tooth that has tried to be extracted = not such a good idea SW

Remember when i first this i think he made it for his granddad such a beautiful song - i was thinking of a song for my mum to play during workouts and i will play some soul country and and carribean music after (my mums feel good music) but for now i play this not for my mum but for anyone who has ever lost someone or something

Ok last one so im pretty sure if i was around in the 70's i would have went mental when this song was first played/performed/released but still time is a great gauge of just how good music is and this ladies and gentlemen is banging

Btw i dont grieve that i wasnt around in the 70's and i refuse to fear death for sure its one helluva touchy subject but i think the samurais were defo onto something about how they embraced death

Bushido & cherry blossoms that have so many layers of meaning im yet to understand knowledge hidden among the leaves

(I added the knowledge bit but im sure the hagakure hints towards that in its own beautiful unique style from its time)
