Grateful that I went back to bed this morning rather than working out but now I'm up and it's nearly 8am so going to do a workout session now

For putting up with mrs sw bullying me lol for seeing my youngest neice and lettimg her scream at the top of her lungs i done this as everyone always gives her the same reaction but i didnt i made out i couldnt hear it and away she went screaming until she was all screamed out and she just looked at me like what are you made of lmao i went through this when her father tormented me as kids lool

For seeong my brother and eldest sister and for my other sister and eldest neice who makes me proud every single day they all do i guess if thier not annoying me with BS lol

For the chicken shop im about to get my grub from as mrs sw "cleaned" and will be back tomorrow so i wont cook a healthy meal and make a mess (even though i clean and put away) in favor of getting take out plus il walk the pooch

For the workouts that i missed so much the last 4 months

Just woke up mrs sw thinkibg it was monday for some strange reason i proper washed ny face got dressed then realised when mrs sw said its sunday i was like omg im so sorry so i think im grateful for sunday

Grateful for being able to laugh at myself when I'm silly - for cura heat shoulder heat patches, for rest & recovery, early morning workouts, Mrs SW staying over tonight, long hot soaks, fresh clothes food and the roof over our heads and the love that ultimately resides in both our hearts
