Grateful that the high winds & rain didn't bring down any of the old trees that surround us.

Grateful I no longer reach for a drink to cope with stress or troubles. Dealing with them head on is the only way out...wish I'd known that before.

Grateful for all who gather here to hold each other up & share comforting thoughts.

Grateful I had a productive appointment with my surgeon this morning. Grateful he is so nice. Grateful I have a date and I'm getting all my tests done.

Grateful to have woken up hangover free and clear headed.
