The trying and grulling day 30.

Grulling and so close at times, only God helped me through many close encounters. Reading the manny members inputs when I have been challenged definately, has been my go-to antidote when triggers bombarded me, together HALT.... A definate allie. Yes the cravings have definitely abated.... as i aim for the 100 Happy days challeng. Feeling more confident with my spouses support.

Thanks a lot for posting this. I just hit 3 months the other day and was thinking "ok now I have to wait a whole nother month until a big celebration" but you made me realize I'm just a few days short of 100! Woohoo!!

Thank you...I needed that on a sober Saturday evening.
