Firstly I have just realised that I actively haven’t thought about drinking/ alcohol for a week maybe more! I’ve just been living! I’ve not been doing anything especially interesting except the weather has been nicer so I have been in my garden and I planted some seeds of unusual succulent and cactus plants and they have actually started to sprout! I’m so chuffed as apparently they are hard to grow from seeds.. it really is all about the little things..also my 16 year old son is happy to hang out with me and we have made plans to go out for lunch and shop together next week ... I can’t tell you how happy this has made me
