Today i am Grateful for the nice Talk i had with my mom and dad last night....
for having the phone to do it with.

There are so many things I have been grateful for and a ton I missed and took for granted. This site, and I can't possibly tell you how much now that I know what the future holds for me. Treasure every little bit you can, good and bad. Don't wait until it's too late like I have. I have lived a very selfish wasted life and there's no going back to make things better. Don't take anything for granted....anything. Love yourself and others. Thank you everyone for being here. God bless you and yours.

I never though that I would EVER say this but I am grateful that me and my husband were forced to be apart for a year and seven months because it allowed us to get into recovery and it has made us stronger as a couple and individually.
I am also grateful for my mom who has never given up on me and that the big question of the night is what show we want to watch

I am grateful that the sun rises each day
for "my children"
for the little day to day or season to season tasks that make life life
like cooking, cleaning, raking, laundry...
means I have food in my fridge, a roof over my head, a yard to run and play in and clothes to wear. Many times I didn't have guarantee of most of those things.
I am grateful for SR
I am grateful for the wind... I don't know why, but I've always loved the sound of the wind.
I am so grateful for my home.
I am grateful I get to sleep at the end of the day, kiss my little girl goodnight,
for how amazing she truly is
to be able to get up and give care to these kids for the families who work long hours and need someone to care kindly for them while they are away
that I am responsible
that I am sober
that I can drive, safely, and have a clean record
that I am still here
that there is a world of possibility for me now
and for all I have to give
I am grateful for it all
(even the stuff that makes me sad right now- it has it's purpose and once the clouds part and the sun shines I will feel grateful for lessons learned and experiences and memories I carry with me)
