Grateful even though I had a horrible nightmare and woke up drenched, I'm still not hungover and filled with anxiety.
Grateful to have some quiet time to myself today.
Grateful for calming essential oil and music.

  • Grateful to have the strength to live the life I want to.
  • Grateful to know that each day I need to put in work and effort to live the life I want to.
  • Grateful I don't have to go out of the house today - rather cold.
  • Grateful to have everything a person could ask for.
  • Grateful for all of you.

Grateful I offered to drive my RAD to work early this morning. Helped me to get out of the house, got in an awesome workout at the gym already.

Grateful I've found a tenant to move into my basement suite next month. Still a bit nervous since I've never done this, but a coworker knows her well, have done my homework online this week re all the legalities involved. Feeling much more confident to go ahead with this!

Grateful for the extra income this will provide as work has slowed down a lot & there aren't the extra shifts available as before.

Grateful for:
160 days of sobriety
To be alive
Clarity
Conscious thinking
Being open for change
Acceptance
Knowing the way I've always done things don't have to be the final chapter. I'm not condemned to a life of negativity and failure. There is "good". I am worthy to have "good".
Love
Compassion
Kindness
Empathy
All of YOU!

Grateful for
the oppurtunity to chair a Tuesday night meeting
the speaker who came in through speaker exchange and had a really powerful message last night
calm, quiet time to mindfully clean my kitchen this morning
a job to go to tonight, which presents challenges I can handle, and also helps keep me busy. knowing i have to go to work makes my free time all the more precious and for that I am grateful
my husbands laptop, which helps me practice yoga in my living room from videos. the big screen is really helpful. finally having a nice clean roomy space to practice. helping me save money by not having to go to classes as much, and I can really feel my practice developing.
another sober day
