Grateful for the excellent workout yesterday at the gym. Didn't feel like going at all, but once I was there about 15min the good feeling chemicals started kicking in. I felt so energized & alive afterwards, exercise is the best "drug" there is!
Grateful I figured out how to set up my new "smart" T.V. all by myself. So glad I didn't have to call my son over to help me with it.
Grateful I'm enrolled in a tool training workshop in a few weeks put on by Habitat for Humanity. Looking forward to becoming more proficient with handling tools & doing small home repairs. Excited to be able to volunteer with them on a build.

Grateful for a good lunch and a fresh cup of coffee.
lol, I get the same feeling when I figure something out on my new computer without having to call my daughter to ask advice.
