Today I am grateful for:
1. Running a fast 10 miles up and down hills
2. The beautiful sunshine outside
3. My supportive family
4. My boyfriend
5. Good music, tea, and sitting on the deck feeling at peace and happy
7 months 1 week Sober today

a long sleep in

1. grateful my house is still standing
2. grateful most of the fires are being put out
3. grateful for Police and Fire Departments
4. grateful my Son in uniform is close but unable to say where near by
5. grateful that the men shooting each other on Sat morning dropped someplace else.. 1 am live gun fire in front of the house hard enough to deal with
6. grateful that I am not drinking to numb out the terror of the evenings..
7 impossible things before breakfast Wish we were back in 1980's

they have done a curfew street are getting locked down.. my son is in uniform out there someplace in Our Milwuakee.... my heart breaks for he is Afghanistan War Trained.. my Mickey Moose my Son of heart and Faith and Family and he will have to walk the streets that he played on with weapon ready to fire into crowds that would harm him and the unit...
