I had never done therapy until the middle of last year soberwolf and I find it helpful as well 
Today I am grateful for:
1. my flexible work schedule so I can go to some of my mom's appointments without worrying about work
2. my brother letting me drive his truck so I don't have to get a rental car as mine is in the shop again
3. Lemon Italian Ice
4. the person/people that knit/crochet the beanies for the cancer patients at the hospital. They make more of a difference than I think they even realize.
5. talking & laughing with my sister in law tonight
Today I am grateful for:

Today I am grateful for:
1. Deciding on a kid's karaoke machine for my friend's son's 6 year birthday this Sunday. I hope he likes it
2. Skip-Bo tournaments with my sister in law. I didn't do well at Christmas but I am doing better this time
3. Watching a scary movie with my sister in law tonight that I didn't want to watch by myself
4. Getting my dog updated on one of her vaccines needed for daycare. I actually had to give it to her myself (oral liquid) as she is not nice at the vets because she gets nervous and the tech didn't want to give it to her. I love doing stuff like that, I think I missed my calling
5. Exchanging emails with the leader of a local SMART meeting and hopeful that I can get up the courage to attend. I went to a women's AA meeting a couple of weekends ago but just sat in my car so I am hopeful I can actually make it inside this time
6. SR and everyone here for making me believe that recovery is possible even though it doesn't feel like it sometimes.

Today I am grateful for:
1. getting my documents together so I can get my taxes done Tuesday
2. my friends little boy liked the Karaoke machine I got for his birthday
3. getting to talk with my friend's cousins today as I have not seen them for a while but have known them for a long time since I was in high school
4. getting some work done this weekend so work won't be as stressful tomorrow
5. that I can relax and enjoy the rest of the evening

Today I am grateful for:
1. watching my dog and "niece" bulldog Marley each enjoy a plain McDouble to celebrate national puppy day today
2. being a little too far south to get much snow with the storm coming through, but we will get a couple of inches so we still get to enjoy it a little
3. my brother for taking my dog down to sleep with him this afternoon because she was scared of the thunder
4. having a clean car and a full tank of gas
5. all of my friends and family

Happy Easter everyone
Today I am grateful for:
1. getting to celebrate Easter with my family
2. second chances
3. having my house back (but I will miss having my brother & sister in law)
4. grateful my brother & sister in law's new house is less than a mile from mine so it will still be easy for them to come over and grill out and play cards, etc.
5. the nap I took yesterday with 5 cats and my dog all snuggled up with me
6. getting to keep my "niece" Marley with me for a few more days

1. finding a valentines day dog toy on clearance for $.75
2. how happy my dog was to see me come home tonight
3. being stocked up on dog & cat food
4. finding someone selling a new pair of my favorite pants on ebay since they are not available in the store anymore
5. the quietness since Marley is back home it is just me and my dog and cats now

Today I am grateful for:

2. grateful I am in for the night because the rain is coming down hard and there is small hail with it
3. the gift card I used for dinner
