Thanks soberwolf 
Today I am grateful for:
1. I am home from work and can relax, today was a long day
2. the weed in my landscaping has been removed
. And it turns out it actually was a Mulberry tree per my lawn guy John that removed it for me.
3. grateful for John for also removing weeds by my AC unit and tidying up my landscaping It looks a lot better.
4. My dad for bringing me over a family package of steaks that I can divide and freeze and some fresh peaches
5. my dog's daycare for trimming her nails for free
Today I am grateful for:

Today I am grateful for:
1. Air conditioning
2. that I have slowly been able to make healthy changes to my lifestyle, like drinking more water and eating more vegetables, light exercise, etc.
3. Day 6
4. My dog being so happy this morning that her tail was wagging in circles
5. My boss for brining me a salad for lunch today since I missed lunch yesterday
6. my mom finally getting over the flu she must have caught at one of her doctor appointments. Grateful she is feeling better

1. The cat and dog food sales and cat litter sale. Grateful we won't need food or litter for a while
2. Grateful to focus at work today and get a lot of things done that had been piling up

Today I am grateful for:
1. night time showers because I can let my hair air dry and they help me sleep
2. my "niece" bulldog Marley is okay after choking on a piece of toy she bit off. Grateful my brother was there to help get it out.
3. a relaxing and productive day
4. a conversation with my best friend this morning

Today I am grateful for:
1. watching my neighbor play with his little red & white husky puppy I had a red & white husky many years ago and it brought back memories.
2. that I was able to brush out some mats on one of my cats and they didn't have to be cut out, hopeful she feels better
3. people that give blood and help so many people
4. a mini cappuccino shake I had tonight that I shouldn't have had but it was so good

Today I am grateful for:
1. getting one of my alarm sensors to work as there have been break ins in nearby neighborhoods and I like to have the alarm set, especially at night.
2. audio books because I listen to them every night & they help me relax and fall asleep
3. my best friend of 30+ years, grateful she is part of my life
4. kindness & patience

Today I am grateful for:
1. one more day sober
2. an appointment tomorrow to get my aura read that I am excited about
3. the weekend is here and I don't have to set my alarm for the morning
4. grateful for the A/C in my car and house as it is supposed to get to 99 degrees tomorrow but feel like 110 with the sun/humidity - way too hot for me

Today I am grateful for:
1. snuggling with my cats this morning
2. laundry is almost done and a relaxing day ahead
3. my dog sleeping on my feet while I type this post
4. finding out some things about myself yesterday at my aura reading that I never really thought about myself. Some of it I already knew but some didn't sound like me at all. It gave me things to think about

1. being reminded yesterday and today that things can always be worse and I need to remember to always be grateful for the good things in my life, and sometimes even the bad things too

3. getting to meet someone today that I have worked remotely with for years but never met in person

Today I am grateful for:
1. only a few people will be in the office tomorrow so it should be a good catch up day
2. cantaloupe & peaches, so good
3. acknowledging the Serenity prayer more in my life this week
4. knowing it is not over until I give up, which I won't do

Today I am grateful for:
1. waking up in a good mood
2. getting through the week and having the weekend here
3. not sending an email I typed up while very frustrated about a situation at work, grateful I decided to think about it and come back to it later, and eventually send a much calmer version
4. unconditional love from my furkids

Today I am grateful for:
1. Finding my way to an appointment this morning that was hard to find but grateful I didn't get lost
2. My brother & sister in law for replacing my furnace air filter and replacing batteries on a fire alarm that had been beeping at me for a while
3. My dog for always loving me unconditionally
4. Grateful my parents are okay after having the fire department air out their house due to too high of levels of carbon monoxide, grateful they are ok

1. Take your dog to work day today. I am not sure my dog enjoyed it too much, she might have liked 1/2 day better, but the people had fun
2. The weekend is here
3. My sprinkler system was activated today so I can finally water my yard
4. grateful I was able to get a hair appointment in a week, when usually I have to wait 3 or 4
