Grateful that my family keeps on keeping on through some really tough blows...
Grateful that my nephew is going to be OK after ending up in emergency with Pericarditis last night.
Grateful as always for incredible support form SR friends.

Grateful for catching up on some much needed sleep and practicing HALT
Grateful for learning to not react to situations before thinking first
Grateful for my current fave TV guilty pleasure showing tomorrow night
Grateful for not being nervous for interviews as much as I used to be
Grateful to be prepared this year on what to expect in early sobriety
Grateful to see a variety of animals in a safari park yesterday
Grateful that I have gained confidence to go to the movies by myself and not depend on others as much

I'm grateful for the women who kept after me in early sobriety, getting me to talk and interact with them when all I wanted to do was crawl back into my cave.

Grateful that I can take my puppy to class so she is learning how to behave.

Grateful that I found my contact lens! I was on my last pair and couldn't find where I had put the extras. I had them in a bag in the extra bedroom.
Grateful for ice cold water.

Grateful my Mum is feeling better today and doesn't seem to be getting a virus.
Grateful I achieved some of the items on my list if not all of them.
Grateful to have an early night to rev up my energy levels.
