Grateful for a good week.
Grateful for the clarity of mind to solve some business problems.
Grateful that my self esteem and confidence is growing in sobriety.
Grateful for my health and my sweet dogs.
Grateful that I can go to sleep now.

Grateful for Friday, and I've seen my wife a couple nights in the last two weeks. I'm grateful she's flying back tonight.

Grateful that drank no alcohol at a very boozy wedding, was home by midnight, and now I can read in bed because I'm sober

Grateful for a really nice compliment from someone I like

Grateful for the nice exchange I had with the woman whose pushchair I carried up the steps of the tube station

grateful to remember the first boozy wedding i went to in recovery

grateful i knew when to get the hell out,

and more grateful to know it's always the next drinking occasion to have concern for

Glad you made it through! I'm going to my first sober wedding tomorrow. That's gonna be interesting for sure.

Good for you Jack & Rusty for getting through those wedding receptions.
IYCDream~Hope you get through the reception sober. Have a plan?

Grateful for the sight of Hundreds of Mule ear flowers on the Hill by my place.
Grateful for my fellow Yogi friends who always seem to a have nice things to say to me.
Grateful for the fresh fish & shrimp that I picked up for dinner tonight.
Grateful that I was able to pick up my DH after he had a bike mechanical in the woods.
Grateful to be able to see my perennials growing more & more everyday.
Grateful for my beautiful Iris' blooming & for the sweet smell.
Grateful for the Rain rt. now. We so need the precipitation.
Grateful to be smelling my DH baking muffins rt. now.

I'm grateful for my talented niece who cuts my hair.
I'm grateful for the sound of rain at bedtime.
And I'm very grateful for all the people I've met over the past year who want me to get what they've got!
