Grateful for 2 friends in long time recovery from alcohol who just died of lung cancer.

They could not stop inhaling tobacco smoke.

Grateful for the best night's sleep in a while

So grateful to wake up clear-headed on a Saturday, my busiest day of the week

Grateful that as I lay in bed after waking up, I thought of something from last night and it made me laugh - something I've not done on a Saturday morning for ages, because I was either still unconscious or waking to a brutal hangover.
