Grateful for coffee
Grateful for beautiful wintery days
Grateful for notebooks
Grateful for determination
Grateful for my family
Grateful for lots of morning cuddles with my dog
Grateful for a full day of studying and cleaning- I find both these things really soothing somehow! Wow things change being sober!

Grateful my sleep pattern and quality is so much better than it has been for a few months.
