Grateful to have woken up early
Grateful to have spent an hour or so still in bed making a to do list, reading SR, figuring out which movies to watch with mum today, planning some recipes and daydreaming about my future (instead of panicking about it)
Grateful for a lazy Sunday
Grateful my mum hates big celebrations as much as I do. Very chill Mother's Day for us
Grateful she has no idea about the big feast im going to cook her though. A feast for 2!
Most of all grateful for my mum❤️
Grateful my mum is so quirky and hilarious and unconventional,
grateful we 'get' each other with just a glance
grateful to know she'd never give up on me when everyone else did,
grateful she is still by NO means a push over and made it so clear to me what damage I was doing/what wouldnt be tolerated,
Grateful her strength made me stronger
grateful to have never ever doubted that she loved me,
grateful that we have such genuine fun together

Grateful to wake up feeling good and to see my dogs and cats on the bed. 
Grateful to be going to my mom's Place where she lived for almost three years for a Mother's Day Tea. Grateful to the wonderful people there who made the last three years of her life such good ones.
