Hi guys, tonight I am grateful for my third day of sobriety. I am grateful for the feeling this morning upon waking up, when I opened the blinds to my bedroom and let the sunlight in for the first time in weeks. I am grateful for the long walk I was able to take, my first physical activity in months (with the exception of walking down the road to the bottle shop each day). Most of all, I'm grateful for you all, who have been my rock.

Grateful to be getting mom's third cat back with me again. The lady who adopted her last summer can't keep her anymore so I told her she's always welcome with me. With four cats already, what's one more?

Hi everyone, today I am grateful for my fourth day of sobriety, though part of me wonders when the day will come when I stop counting and I can simply say that I'm a sober man. I am grateful that I was able to overcome a challenge today that in the past would have had me drinking without hesitation, and I am grateful that bit by bit I am starting to feel better, and that life and strength are returning to my body.

Grateful for a gift card from my wife so I could replace some broken tools in my bag. Grateful I also bought a new parts bin, my old one kept falling open and dumping parts all over the bed of my truck
