Grateful that I'm awake and heading off to Men's Bible Study. I think. OK I'm actually very tired. Grateful to just suck it up and go anyway.

Grateful for a delicious lunch.
Grateful for the excellent book I'm reading.

Grateful to have moved to a new flat today

Grateful that I felt calm and good today despite a bad night's sleep

Grateful that I earned some money today and the work was enjoyable

Grateful for a sunny weekend day.
Grateful it was productive.
Grateful to have started a dialogue with my spouse on some things we need to address.

Grateful for my health right now.

Grateful to bundle up in a sweatshirt and my robe. The windchill is -23 fahrenheit as of now and will continue to get colder throughout the night.

Grateful that I can see when I begin to get resentful so I can nip it in the bud.

Grateful to be full of (two) fresh peaches instead of alcohol.

Grateful to be in a warm home sipping diet mountain dew with lots of ice after some hot coffee while waking up to temperatures outside at -9 degrees fahrenheit with windchill temps -31. Brrrrr!

Grateful for some sunshine today.

Grateful for an incredibly inspiring weekend.

Grateful for everyone who pledged and donated $$ so a group from our church can go to Costa Rica this summer to do missionary work in a farming community.

Grateful to have attended a great AA meeting tonight in the neighbouring town and to have received a lovely warm welcome.

Grateful for my little car which I love driving in.

Grateful for the fantastic view I saw from a local beauty spot this afternoon.

Grateful to be going to bed sober.
