Grateful to awaken from a restful 8 hours sleep, and feel the love flowing into my room from around the world due to recovery from the illness/alcoholism.

Grateful to be able to wake up again for one more day.

Grateful for my home, my online work, my dogs & cats, husband.
Grateful for my patience and increased frustration tolerance these days.
I'm able to handle some stressful training lately and not feel overwhelmed.
Grateful for my growing confidence and sense of well-being.
