Grateful to be shown that my negative assumptions about an anticipated event turned out to be completely wrong.

Grateful to be shown I don't know everything.

Grateful to be shown that by judging others as narrow, it is I who become the narrow one.

Grateful people don't fit in boxes and are growing all the time.

Grateful for two children who love me unconditionally
Grateful for the health of my family
Grateful for my job and my husband's job, which provide us with everything we could possibly need (and then some)
Grateful for my baby nephew and 3-year-old niece, who light up the room with their cuteness

Grateful it's Sunday. This is the day I usually dread. Not today! New routines, new habits...good days

Grateful to be sober and hangover free this morning! Grateful to be going to Bodega Bay for an overnight stay. It is beautiful up there and hopefully the weather will cooperate, perhaps a little much needed rain tomorrow.

I like that living now. I've been looking at the emotions as a bad thing. I'll look at it as healing now

Grateful for my health. Grateful to wake up on a Sunday feeling good. Grateful for an early morning walk. Grateful to have enough food, a place to live, a job I like. Grateful yoga and meditation are becoming a bigger part of my life. Grateful to be sober. Grateful to not be spending money on booze. Grateful to be learning sometimes to sit still, stay put, and be content with what I have. Grateful for five months today without a drink. Grateful for all the collective wisdom I gave received in the rooms of AA.

Grateful to be up this morning before the stars disappear.

Grateful to be able to identify Jupiter using my kindle app.

Grateful to see a glimpse of the Milky Way, what an amazing creation the universe is, it blows my mind, and puts my small troubles in to perspective.
