Thank you God, for your grace. I now really understand what 'there but for the grace of God go I' thanks God for helping me stay sober. Thank you for blessing me with a wonderful, supportive family. Thanks God for waking me up for another day.

Thank you God, for a great Saturday with my wife and daughter. Even though I feel like time could never give me enough of those days, I'm grateful for every one.

Thank you God, for everyone who showed up at the hospice center to bring an AA meeting to our friend. Thank you God, for Your comforting hand as he struggles with pain from the cancer.
Thank you God for being, once again, on SR. There have been problems with my password...I really needed to read these posts instead of listening to my own thoughts. It has been a rough couple of weeks. I will leave it that for now. It has been a miracle to not lose my cool on several occasions. Bless You All
Thank you God for my wife who drove me to the doctor yesterday for an EKG which recorded my pulse rate at 37 indicating Bradycardia.
I have been referred to specialists who will be performing tests and corrective action.
My wife is now the driver of the car.
Ippy, aging is not for sissies.

Thank you God, for in spite of being dirty, smelly, and drenched with sweat I still stopped by to visit my friend after his chemo treatment, and he was happy for the company.
