Thank you, HL!!

Grateful I haven't bitten my mom's cousin's head off...yet. Somehow he doesn't seem to get that my parents had been apart longer than they were married and that my late father might not have been Mom's favorite person. Glad I haven't been compelled to "set him straight," make him feel bad, or disabuse him of his ideas about my dad. Not my job!

And grateful for cream of yautia amarilla soup and breadfruit masala I experimented with for supper. Trying new foods is so fun!

Grateful I got a few things done and I'm able to maintain after having another tired and somewhat discontented day. Maybe I need to have my thyroid tested soon.

Grateful you all are so great and always here, full of acceptance.

Always Rusty. There is always more risotto (or it can be whipped up in a trice), just as there is always love and gratitude when we get on this recovery journey.

Tonight I am especially grateful for SR friends like Rusty.

Loooong drive to work today. Grateful to have a reliable vehicle, and grateful I'll be taking in an AA meeting with a friend when I arrive.
