Today I am grateful for music, one of THE best ways to get through withdrawal. If you have something loud and fast in your ear, it's hard not to want to get your body movin' and groovin'

Tiagf being able to feel again. Even though MILs funeral is tomorrow , i am doing it sober and i realise that even feelings that hurt , are better than not feeling at all.
