Grateful that although it is 3:20 am here and I can't sleep, that I meet criteria for the morning gratitude thread.

Grateful when I just took the dog out (as he insisted) that I saw a luminous low hanging three quarter moon, and the big and little dipper. Grateful to be awed and puzzled by the Universe.

Grateful to see my breath in front of me outside, yet because the wind was still, I was not cold.
