Grateful my friend canceled our meet for this morning. She said last night she and her child had been sick. Grateful though I've been dizzy last night and this morning I have no other of their sx. Grateful I'm not as depressed this morning. I was able to take dog out. I just don't look down. Lol.

Grateful that if I need to, I can work today from bed.
Grateful that I don't have to talk to anyone today, if I don't feel up to it.
Grateful to be looking forward to feeling healthy again.

A couple people said in your posts about yesterday is gone today.. And for some reason I thought of this song.. So thank you for a peaceful time today..

Grateful to come here and have some memories of being young in high school, so I had a cup of coffee and looked out the windows and listened..

Grateful for having the morning off from work just sitting in my quiet house drinking coffee and reading SR.

Grateful for Happy's little eggs on the other thread. One of the cutest things ever!! (have not made the red beans and rice yet but it is on my list)

Grateful that I think this dreadful cold is a little better this morning.
Grateful for good news about work yesterday.
Grateful that my brain still works, that's the real miracle, after all the years of abuse!

(Rusty, you have me intrigued with your second mention of once in a lifetime happenings reoccurring. I can't tell if you've had a hole in one, fallen madly in love, or been struck by lightening, but I'm glad you're feeling happy about it!)

Grateful this morning for strong coffee and a cheerful attitude and funny dreams about me and coworkers on a huge cruise ship. Hopefully not the Titanic. Haha.
Grateful I felt my Mother come visit me as I fell asleep last night. She said now that I've quit drinking, she wants me to remember to LIVE.
Grateful I am starting to see my mood improve as it was scaring me just on Monday.
Grateful for all of you and this thread to help ground me.
Grateful I got Mr Pumpkin Squeaker away from my furboy this morning before he noticed the stuffing was coming out of it. I see surgery in Mr Pumpkin Squeaker's future.

Grateful for Destiny 3s post :-). Thank you! Grateful the severe depression I`m in today is a sign the chemicals in my brain will eventually change for the better-the end is in sight.

Rusty: Once is maybe luck, Twice is maybe a coincidence...
But three times? Three times is TALENT Dear Sir!
TALENT, I tell you!
Congratulations, friend. I am happy for your success. Well deserved!

Destiny: I greatly admire all you do for your sobriety. You always take the high road. You've made a lot of sacrifices. Thank you for sharing it all with us.

Grateful to read these inspiring posts. I'm frazzled and exhausted ( Dad in ER, then sent home) but need to help my folks. Grateful for the example of other SR friends.
