Grateful for putting myself way out there in my uncomfortableness by having an open studio and open house to the art and local community...big super scary step for me. I am usually hiding. Grateful I am sober for it and will remember it.

Grateful it's my day off and I've a hair appointment.

Grateful my SR friends are enjoying their fresh berries.

Grateful Costco had a 14 cup Cuissanart coffee maker for $59....a replica of ours....now we have one at the ready when our current one gives up the ghost.

Grateful to be trying a couple new recipes this week end

Grateful for chai latte keurig cups and eating a banana with peanut butter and cream cheese spread on it.

Grateful the dog sat quietly staring at me while I ate peanut butter for which he received the reward of licking the plate.

Grateful I get to go watch my 20 month old Grandson this afternoon and evening.

Grateful for generations and that life keeps moving forward.

Grateful for learning to submit to aging gracefully. Anyway, 50 is the new 25, right??

Grateful for my friends on SR -- I'm 50, too, EQ and we rock!
Grateful for no rain last night on my outing w/husband and a quiet rainy morning today.
Grateful for lazing about in bed.
Grateful that I'm here in the world, instead of hiding in a bottle.

Grateful to miss posting yesterday due to life on life's terms..

And not because of surviving life under my old HP of alcohol..

Grateful to woke up early with two things on my mind: Unitarian Churches and Whole foods stores. LOL.

Grateful I laid in bed and searched on my phone for these. No Whole Foods close by. But there is a Unitarian Church within ten minutes. I have panic going to new places with strangers alone. Yes even churches. Grateful I know this stems from having had to go through six schools within three years time as a child, when living with outside relatives away from my parents.

Grateful I have friends I can ask to go with me if I want to check it out and am too anxious the first time. Grateful I at least have the desire to find like minded people. This church has weekly meditation groups and discussion and advocacy groups that are right up my alley. Except for my anxiety attacks. Lol

Grateful I know people usually like me fine, if I can get over my own social hurdles. These barriers hold me back from so much potential happiness and fueled my drinking. But what doesn't make me drink, now makes me stronger.

Grateful waking up feeling miserable is becoming a distant memory.

Grateful to be in the company of people who "get it".

Grateful to wake up with anticipation.
