Grateful I not only woke up at 6:30 on my day off, I got up!
Grateful I am meeting a friend to see a movie today since we both have off.
Grateful for my keurig hazelnut coffee.
Grateful that a few years ago even though I couldnt afford to buy the keurig coffee cups, (because I was throwing my money into vodka) that my Mom bought me this Keurig coffee maker. (We both saw our first one at the chemo center. For Christmas she bought me one since I loved it and I bought her the blanket warmer they had there that she loved. Now I have both.)
Grateful she instilled in me her excitement for finding the perfect gifts and for Christmas decorating.
Grateful I feel true Christmas excitement for the first time in many years.
Grateful it will be a sober Christmas!

Grateful the "drinking dreams" I had last night were just that...... dreams only.

Grateful to be sitting by the fire, drinking coffee with my DH, looking at our Christmas tree, petting my pup ..... feeling serene.

I am grateful that I have grabbed the bull by the horns and am quitting my dangerous and destructive codeine habit.

Grateful I started using wax in my hair every morning which makes it hold better and look nicer even though my hair is short.

Grateful I rinse with Listerine in the morning and Act at night after brushing for teeth protection and good breath.

Grateful I floss every night.

Grateful I shower everyday.

Grateful for choices.........

There was a time when I thought of myself as a "victim," but recovery has taught me that I am a volunteer and not a victim.

I am grateful that recovery has taught me that I have choices and the right to make them.

EQ, i would never drink from the kuerig at work, i think our dept had the first one that was manufactured (i work in surgery at a trauma center). Then i had a cup at my brothers house and it tasted great (they clean the pot!).
I even have a spare in case mine breaks. LMK (lovemykeurig)!
Grateful for Black tiger every morning, super caffeine! And spicy eggnog coffee flavor.
Grateful for a long weekend
Grateful i'm not afraid to be myself
Grateful to be in charge of my life
Grateful that my aggressive nature at work has had some positive results lately. I'm smarter than i think sometimes, just a little slow, lol.

grateful to be able to wear jeans to work today
grateful for the new thread..... and that it goes on and on
ditto bloss
grateful for uncle h's hygiene i think when we are deep in the ditches sometimes taking care of ourselves (the littlest things) aren't priorities and sobriety gives us time for such stuff. i never brushed at nite when drinking.... i was too buzzed to even care
grateful for EQ's and Fandy's "drinking problems" haha... now i'm wondering if i need to try out this keurig coffeemaker thing??!!!
grateful for the sleep last nite and waking up to the sound of rain... i was so tired i forgot to set the alarm and the rain woke me up
hope everyone has a wonderful friday (TGIF!!)

Neuropathy, Zippy? (Quit smoking).
Gypsy, the keurig is right up there with fresh hot bread, real butter and good chocolate.
I bought one for my daughter/son inlaw, they are addicts too.
It spoils you with a fresh hot cup everytime.
I stock k-cups the way i used to stock booze.

Woke especially excited for my weekend.

My sobriety is number one. Always in arms reach. And the season a close second.

Remember happiness is a muscle we must use everyday. So flex away!

Grateful for this upcoming weekend. My son in law's football team is playing an exciting playoff game tonight. Sunday I will be performing in our church's cantata. Sunday afternoon will be all about baking Christmas cookies , which will be interesting because I'm not a baker
