Grateful to have gotten through yesterday with a clear head, that allowed me to be responsible, present and rational when I needed to be.

Grateful I didn't listen to that nasty AV yesterday who tried to convince me I wanted to drink, that I might as well drink. I know it's not true.

Grateful for my children who show compassion to others, that makes me prouder than anything.

Grateful the AV has left me alone for over a month.
Grateful that it really does get better just like people said.
Grateful there is help all around if I need it.
Grateful people also leave me alone if I need it.

Grateful that after years of searching, after countless seminars, meetings and appointments, we officially have in our home for good the adopted child that was meant for us, starting today.

This morning I am grateful for having a half decent nights sleep.

I am grateful that I got my work clothes etc ready last night because I overslept a little.

Grateful for the cup of hot chocolate on my desk.

Grateful for my big knitted scarf, it's freezing here.

Grateful for Paul getting the adopted child for good, how wonderful, what a lovely Christmas present. xxx

Grateful to you all for putting up with me, your prayers, good wishes and hugs.

Grateful for yet another sober day.

Grateful to be here.
*****

Just for today, I will not belittle myself; Goodness knows, there are plenty of others To do that for me. In belittling myself, I belittle the One who made me

I'm happy for Paul too. What a wonderful gift for his new family, i know the adoption process is grueling and stressful. (Friends adopted from a forgein country it took 18 months)
I'm grateful that things are much better at work, i've been given back about 30% of my overtime at least for the next month. The absence of the stress and resentments make it easier to think.
Grateful for Christmas decorations and even the music...i might download some Michael Buble for dinner music. The dog likes it, ahem.

I am grateful for my job. Even as I have been through a lot this week my promotion became final.

I am grateful that swelling has gone down.

I am grateful for SR.

Grateful to be gaining a clue as to when to hold myself accountable and when to back off and pace myself.
Grateful to be able to see and confront my own bull**** instead of coddling myself.
Grateful I have off work today.
Grateful for pumpkin coffee.
Grateful the universe responds in kind to our every right move.
