Grateful for a quiet day and two dog walks. Grateful that I've got this computer so I can stay in touch with the rest of the world.

I am grateful to be sitting in my study with my children laughing at a very inappropriate joke when I should be working.
I am grateful to be starting my second month of sobriety.

I'm grateful to grab the dog's leash when i come home and not a bottle.
I'm grateful that this raging HEADACHE that i have all day is due to work stress (or maybe my growing anuersym, who knows)? and not a hangover...3 aspirin and 2 tylenol and a bunch of deep breathing will help a lot more than a drink.

Grateful to be sober and living life on it's terms (but gosh darn golly gee wiz!) ...
My mother is back in the hospital, she had a STROKE today.
Grateful I was around to know (roughly) when it happened and got the paramedics out.. to the ER, again and they gave her TPA (the clot busting stuff). Have seen some improvement, but she's still not talking and not moving her right side much.

I don't know how I ever lived without the autobrew!

Grateful for willingness to talk to Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous members on the phone today even after spending all weekend at the ABA retreat. I answered a call from a member in Israel and returned several calls from over the weekend. Glad I am more willing and able to talk to people these days.

Grateful for being back to snuggle with my kitty-boys!

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Sending strength and prayers, Scolova.

Grateful i could help out a coworker.
Grateful i could get to work early. What a difference.
Grateful my daughters medical tests today were ambiguous rather than bad.
I am so grateful for my dog, that i am not even annoyed that he threw up on the sofa while i was at work. Now that is love.

I am grateful to be sober.
I am grateful to love and be loved by my children.
I am grateful for tomorrow (mostly because today was somewhat rotten).
