Bedtime Gratitude-Part 32 All are welcome
I'm grateful to see Scolova well and Backbeat, well, back.
I'm grateful for a good solid say seven.
I'm very grateful that hubby accompanied me to the quilt guild this evening.
There are other things to do!
Oh, and I'm grateful for a new scapegoat (the XMr.Fandy) (XMF)

I'm so grateful for my strength today and not drinking when I could have.
I'm grateful that I'm finding it easier to part ways with the negative influences in my life.
I'm grateful for my momma.. and how awesome she is.
I'm grateful for my brother and that he is looking for a job.
I'm grateful for my dog Scooter and my handsome guinea pig G.
I'm grateful for my super comfy bed.
I'm grateful for SR.
I'm grateful for the chicken that is marinating in my fridge.
Yawn. Nightnight.

I am grateful that tomorrow is Saturday, I can spend the day in the sun with my beautiful daughter SOBER.
Grateful that I made it through parent teacher conferences, sober, haven't done that in years.
Grateful that I took care of my body today, didn't eat crappy, and even went for a bike ride to celebrate a great day of work, instead of the past 10 years where I would come home on a Friday and celebrate a good week by getting hammered.
Grateful my family made it back safe to the USA>
Grateful for almost 8 months clean time on Monday!

Grateful to spend day with my father and listen to him talk about my Mother.
Grateful for Mass this morning.Grateful my Dad and sister did not partake of wine at Communion. It made me feel less alone.
Grateful my daughter asked me if I wanted to talk about it but understood that I can't emotionally share today. But grateful she asked.
Grateful my dog is being so sweet to me though I'm sad and low. He seems to understand as he laid next to me, and put his head on me quietly.. And fell asleep. He is usually a hyper basketcase but senses when I am feeling bad.

Grateful I stayed up late into this morning cleaning up (this great old house & myself).
Grateful I wrote up a new resume' and feel pretty good about it, even though it is spotty and one company is no longer in business. I submitted it online for a local field tech job.
Grateful for "I want to do this" rather than "I have to to do this".
Grateful for all of you wonderful people who walk this path with me.
Grateful for HP.

I am grateful that I made it to bedtime sober on a Friday, hubby's Bday when I really had to bargain with myself.
I'm grateful for the change of seasons (surprisingly) because flannel sheets and rain on the roof make it okay to go to bed early.
And frankly, I was grateful to drive in tonight and realize that the rain would make me less interested in carousing.
Goodnight SR.

Take care, Carol!
Grateful to have been with my father and all my siblings today.
Grateful for comforting texts from friends, and a thoughtful card from my Aunt.
Grateful for take out and delivery.

Grateful to be able to say "no" without having to explain or apologize, especially saying no means I have changed my mind. So I guess I'm glad as well that am also able to change my mind without apology.
And...grateful to be able to say "yes" more as well, to be more spontaneous and accept more invitations without worrying so much about the details in advance. It is so freeing!
Love and hugs,
Eddie
