Grateful for an awesome massage this morning from my good ABA friend. Now we just need to get a face-to-face meeting going here.

Also grateful for finally finding out who my SSDI payee will be and knowing I will soon be getting my disability payments. 'Bout time!

Today I am grateful to get a first hand look at what I could have become had I kept drinking. Ran into a woman I know. Not a close friend but someone in our general crowd. Drank with her many times. Still too soon to work on repairing the relationship. Maybe it's better to let sleeping dogs lie.

Anyway, very grateful to be sober.
