today i am grateful for my HP and allowing me patience in my MINISTRY OF LABOUR claim to FINALLY come through and it was way more than i expected...i am also grateful for not having any REGRETS in moving forward with this claim,

AND

for getting a new full time job...this happened all in the same day..! thank you to my HP and the grace of god, i can still hold my own!

Grateful for small things....holding hands with my son and feeling the love. Playgrounds, laughter and fun. And remembering to enjoy it!

Today I am grateful for

Youtube- watching Ska, rocksteady video
My asian recipe book- trying sweet and sour chicken on sunday
Spontaneous cuddles from my girls (the alcoholic me had turned them right off)
That today is an ordinary friday- with no alcohol anticipation false "specialness"
My increasing capacity for stillness

the smell of rain on the trees
only just noticing that I did not get angry at the road works and parking problems this morning- unthinkable a short few weeks ago
The soup for lunch with crunchy bread
My daughter is enjoying teaching herself the guitar
my ipod (how do they squeeze all the bands in there?)
