Grateful that I took the time to make slow cooking real oatmeal (Scottish Oats) this morning. It was good with a little milk and cinnamon sugar on top. And I am pleased that I have two portions saved and ready to microwave for breakfast tomorrow and Thursday.

this should be made into a physical sticker I can wear on my forehead..thanks for the reminder Sarah.
grateful I can deal with the giant irritations at work...much easier to do these days....and not bring them home with me to interupt my peace....I can only worry about myself and my behavior...not others.
If they want to be ignorant, rude and not care, it's their issue not mine.

grateful for a good night's sleep to help me deal with what continuing problems i expect today....I have a plan in place to just plow through the fields of poop at work. and grateful that by tomorrow PM, the biggest part will be finished.....for a couple of weeks.
grateful my plan of action includes looking well while dealing with my problems, it can't hurt to be well dressed to deal with political issues.....maybe I will get treated with more respect too.
grateful for the 3 people who were nice to me yesterday at work(Jules, Barb and Dawn)....it made a difference.

Thank you lyddie - I really needed to be reminded of this today. It really helps!
