Silly kitty cat is trying to find a way to get on top of the wainscoting that runs along the walls up by the ceiling in my new place (old Victorian building). There's no way she'll be able to get up there, but I admire her determination, and as always, she is making me laugh. How I love animals and their capacity for curiosity, purity, and joy.
p.s. Least--so glad little dog is feeling better!

Grateful that my stray cat, Kittykitty, got home safely after being gone all day. He goes along when I walk the dogs and didn't come home with us this morning. He caught up with us this evening tho and I am so relieved.
Really grateful for the a/c units that keep us from melting in the house. Grateful that diabetic dog's benefactor sent the monthly dog support check so I could get his insulin and pay something on his bill. Grateful for friends who go above and beyond friendship in such kind and helpful ways.
grateful for some good gab fests today
and grateful i didn't get struck by lightning outside after tonights meeting,
i was holding my keys, and hanging on the car antenna,
hey, i'm sober, just not the smartest!

Amen to that!!
I'm grateful for a peaceful lazy day, a good sermon and church service today, my wonderful brother, and my dogs who kept me company while I took a long nap. I am grateful that I am so blessed with family and friends to love and be loved by. It makes my life so enjoyable.
