grateful for having SR to gain insight on the battle with my enemy. Grateful as well that I have begun to look at fellow alki co workers with sympathy instead of disgust. Grateful to remember my dreams if only for a short while. Last but not least grateful to know I'm choosing to stay sober each day. Thanks for being there everybody!

grateful to have spoke at a out of town rehab tonight,
and more grateful to have seen a friend from years past,
a street person that many took for dead.

Grateful for the energy and good health to walk the dogs and mow their yard.
Grateful for another sober day. Grateful that I rarely have cravings these days and grateful that when I do I don't want to drink.
