Grateful that in 2 days I will be flying home to be with my dad and his wife for a week and then with my inlaws on a lake for another week. Son and I are very excited. No computer, but maybe that's a good thing for me.

grateful for instant movies from netflix
grateful for new people on sr (not for their pain but that they've found a light in the tunnel here at the site and many friends so they are not alone anymore)

Today, just waking up well rested, happy, and at peace is more than enough.
We are getting our camping gear together, heading out overnight with family & friends.

as, sundays are a fave day of the week...
grateful for some work (flea market)
some soul work (the Rock'n w/the Spirit Band)
some body work (afternoon nap)
and some mind & recovery work (sunday night P.O.E meeting)
